These Terms govern your use of the website and courier services provided by Road Falcon Courier Inc, located at 107-56 Merrick Blvd, Jamaica, NY 11433. By booking a service or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We provide local courier, same-day, scheduled, document and parcel delivery services. Service details, pricing and estimated delivery times are confirmed at the time of booking.
2. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are quoted before service is performed.
- Payment is due at booking unless a business account with invoicing has been agreed.
- Online payments are securely processed by Stripe. By paying, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown.
- Additional charges may apply for waiting time, extra stops, oversized items or incorrect address information, and will be communicated to you.
3. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate pickup and delivery details and ensure someone is available.
- Package items properly and securely.
- Do not ship prohibited items, including illegal goods, hazardous materials, weapons, cash, or perishable items without prior agreement.
4. Liability
Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value of the shipment or $100, whichever is lower, unless additional coverage was purchased. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, accidents, or other events beyond our control.
5. Claims
Claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the delivery date, with supporting photos and documentation.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
7. Disputes & Chargebacks
Please contact us first to resolve any billing issue. We respond to all inquiries within 2 business days.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Queens County, New York.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
